As the translation agency is continuing to grow, we have moved into new premises on the industrial estate in Bingham. We have updated the website to include our new contact details, and have also added a location map courtesy of Google maps to the contact us page. Our new offices are in a purpose built office building, with all the facilities you would expect of modern offices, including on-site parking for visitors. We are close to the centre of Bingham, and are easily accessible by road from the A46 or A52. The local station is a short walk.

The offices give us more space for staff, including an excellent meeting room, and the latest facilities for our growing IT network. We are fully installed and working. Our IT suppliers Smellie Savage Computers have given excellent service helping us to move seamlessly, with hardly any downtime for the servers when they were transferred on Tuesday.

We have a new telephone system, and network cabling allowing ease of use for both phone and IT. We now have a dedicated fax line, though you won’t see it advertised, as there is nothing more annoying than businesses using our ink to pay for their unsolicited marketing materials! If you need to send us a fax please ring or e-mail first.

Please note that we have changed our main phone number. We will continue to receive calls on the old number for some time, but will eventually use the new number only. We have opted for a geographic number, I’m not a fan of 0845 numbers. We don’t use call centres, so you will get through to a real member of staff, who will be able to attend to your enquiry. Out of hours you will have to cope with the dreaded voicemail, but we will get back to you on the next working day.
