2010 should prove to be a significant year for better languages. We are working towards introducing an ISO 9000 based quality assurance system, and are about to move to new premises. The agency continues to expand its client base, and we are also about to strengthen the head office team. We launched the new look of our English website before Christmas, and are about to extend it to the other 6 language versions. We also plan an Arabic version of the site in the near future.
