As part of our continuous improvement betterlanguages.com has appointed a firm of consultants to work with us on introducing an ISO9001 based quality system, with the aim of achieving accreditation to the standard in 2010. Mike Hunter, CEO of betterlanguages.com translation agency said “as part of our continued commitment to quality we felt that an externally accredited quality system was an important next step for the business. With its focus on meeting customer needs, and international standing, ISO9001 is the obvious standard for us to aim for. Although the standard is important in itself, we are more interested in its impact on the business in terms of building robust systems and helping the process of continuous improvement, ISO accreditation is identified as a key objective within our current strategic plan.”
