We are delighted to be finalists in the High Growth East Midlands Business Awards. The ceremony was held on Thursday evening in Nottingham. We have benefited from the High Growth Programme over the last twelve months. We have undertaken a full strategic review of the business. Our aim is to prepare for further business growth.

“Its all about sustainable growth” says Mike Hunter, CEO. “We have continued to grow right through the recession, and expect further growth this year.”

A growing team

We have strengthened our head office team. Nicole Betts has joined us as a Translation Project Manager. She is a qualified linguist, and has several years experience as a project manager with two previous employers. Andy Moxon has joined us as Finance Manager. We have known Andy for many years. He brings solid experience as a senior manager within the private sector, as well as being a qualified IFA. Andy will continue to run his IFA work alongside his work with us.

Business premises

The business is due to move into new premises in Bingham during March. This will give further scope to grow. We are planning to add an intern to the project management team.

Business objectives

We are  working on a number of key strategic objectives. These include ISO9001 and 14001 implementation. We are also investing in translation technology and joining the SDL Trados Partnership Programme.
