Everyone deserves and Christmas and new Year break! We close at 5pm on Monday 23rd December 2019 and reopen at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2020. If you are enquiring about our Translation Services, please fill in our contact form. We will respond as soon as possible when we reopen in January.
Regular customers and ongoing orders.
If you are a regular customer, please email your regular contact and we will respond as soon as possible. We have a number of ongoing orders for early January delivery. If you have a query concerning an existing order, please also contact us by email.
If you are a translator looking to sell your services, please look at our translation careers pages before you send us a CV. If you are a translation company, please note that we do not sub-contract to other translation companies. We do not respond to individual CVs, but we do read them. We will contact you if we are interested in your services, although this will be after the Christmas and New Year break.
Public holidays in different countries.
Our translators are based in many different countries, with different customs and traditions. The majority of our translators have a break over Christmas and the New Year, but timing of public holidays varies country by country. For example in the UK 25 and 26th December are both public holidays, whilst in Spain 26th is a normal working day, but 28th is traditionally a public holiday.
Our Christmas and New Year break
Everyone loves a break, and we are no exception! Our office closes over the holiday, as this gives our head office staff a well earned rest. Many of our translators and other suppliers are also on holiday. Where we have multilingual projects to deliver in January, we negotiate the deadline to allow all our translators and QA team time to work on it.
